Sanjar Tilavoldiyev is an Associated Researcher at the Center for Progressive Reforms and a student at the Faculty of International Relations at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). His academic and research interests focus on Afghanistan, South Asia, and Central Asia, with particular attention to regional political processes, security dynamics, and governance.


He is actively engaged in policy-oriented research and analytical work, contributing to studies on regional developments, political management, and public policy. He is a member of the Students’ Scientific Society, where he participates in academic discussions and research initiatives. In addition, he took part in Model OSCE 2025, enhancing his practical understanding of multilateral diplomacy, negotiation processes, and regional security frameworks. Sanjar Tilavoldiyev combines academic training with applied experience and seeks to further develop his expertise in regional studies, international relations, and evidence-based policy analysis at the national and international levels.
