Saidakbar Shamsiyev

Saidakbar Shamsiyev is an Associate Researcher at the Center for Progressive Reforms. He specializes in international security, modern warfare, and the geopolitical dynamics of Central and South Asia. He is a bachelor’s degree from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED). Previously, he was as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Advanced International Studies, focusing on the Central and South Asian region and contributing to in-depth studies on security, regional cooperation, and strategic developments.

Saidakbar Shamsiyev has authored one monograph and multiple academic articles, including two key papers on space exploration and Central Asian integration. His work combines thorough academic research with practical analysis, with publications recognized in both domestic and international journals.
